Get Back to Work. The USB Security Dongle is the key to accessing your ECU Decoder software. If your dongle has been lost, stolen, or physically damaged, you cannot use the software. This replacement unit allows you to get back up and running without purchasing the full software package again.
This product is for the Physical USB Hardware Only. It is designed for existing customers who need to transfer their valid software license from an old/lost dongle to a new, functioning unit.

The License Transfer Process
Strict security protocols apply to license transfers. Please follow these steps:
- Purchase: Buy this replacement dongle.
- Report Old ID: In the order notes, provide your Old Dongle ID / Serial Number and the registered email address.
- Deactivation: We will request the server to block/blacklist the old lost or broken dongle to prevent dual usage.
- Shipping: We ship the new blank dongle to you.
- Activation: Once received, we transfer your existing license and subscription status to the new Dongle ID.
Important Conditions
Not a New License:
This purchase does not include a new software license or subscription extension. It simply moves your existing remaining time to a new key.
Broken Units:
If your old dongle is broken but physically present, we may require you to return it to us before the new one is activated.
