MetClean DPF Cleaning Service Tags (x60)
Essential Customer Expectation Tags for Managing DPF Drying Cycles.
Clarity for the Customer. While the MetClean machine provides unparalleled cleaning, DPFs—due to their internal structure and ash content—may retain residual moisture, requiring a final on-vehicle ‘bake’ for a 100% dry state. These tags are your primary communication tool to manage this expectation with the customer.
These tags are an essential, low-cost consumable. They provide space to clearly note the filter’s status, confirming that while the filter is cleaned and tested, it **is only partially dried**, necessitating final re-installation to remove the remaining moisture.
Why Use Service Tags?
- ✓ Manage Expectations: Clearly communicates residual moisture.
- ✓ Prevent Queries: Reduces customer follow-up regarding water residue.
- ✓ Internal Status: Allows for quick identification of the filter’s drying status.
- ✓ Durable: Built to withstand the chemical/water environment.
