AutoVIN reads the vehicle identification number automatically the moment ICON connects, which removes the manual keying errors that quietly waste time on every job when a technician mistypes a chassis number or selects the wrong model year. Once connected, Flight Recorder lets a technician capture live data through a full road test, which is exactly what an intermittent fault needs. Rather than chasing a fault code that has already cleared itself by the time the vehicle is back on the ramp, the technician has a recorded data set to review calmly afterwards and correlate against the moment the customer actually felt the fault occur.
PassThru programming and HaynesPro repair data in one workflow

HaynesPro integration then puts genuine repair and service data in front of the technician at the point of diagnosis, so torque figures, service schedules and procedure notes are to hand without switching to a second screen or a paper manual. Day to day servicing is covered too, with straightforward service light reset, and ADAS calibration support means the same tool can also handle the calibration work that now follows most windscreen, bumper and suspension component replacements.

💡 Mobile Eco Tuning Pro Tip:
If a gateway protected vehicle authenticates but then times out partway through a DoIP session, do not assume the tool has failed. That behaviour is far more often a weak battery or an unstable 12V supply under load than a communication fault, because the gateway module drops the session the moment it sees voltage sag. Put a proper support battery on the vehicle before you start, and you will clear more of these sessions on the first attempt instead of restarting the connection two or three times.
