The METClean XL MULTI Plus keeps the tried and tested chassis, pump and cleaning technology of the METClean XL and rebuilds the brain of the machine from the ground up. In place of a single control board, the XL MULTI Plus runs a twin PLC and HMI architecture with custom programming written in-house by the Mobile Eco Tuning engineering team. Intelligent sensors feed live data back to the controllers, which set and manage flow, pressure, cavitation and cycle time independently for each service you select. Because the control logic was authored by the same technicians who run these machines every day in our UK HQ workshop, the software reflects real bench experience rather than a generic off the shelf package.

This matters in daily use. A machine that adapts its behaviour to the component in front of it protects delicate DPF cores from sudden pressure, drives cavitation harder where an oil fouled EGR needs it, and keeps cycle times honest so operators are not left guessing whether a job is finished. The result is a platform that behaves consistently across a wide range of components without a technician having to memorise settings for each one.

One Machine, Five Cleaning Services Plus Pressure Testing

Where a conventional cabinet machine cleans filters and little else, the XL MULTI Plus consolidates a full emissions and cooling system service department into a single footprint. From one platform you can clean diesel particulate filters, EGR valves and coolers, catalytic converters, intercoolers and radiators, then pressure test each component to confirm the result before it goes back on the vehicle. Once an operator selects the service on the HMI, the machine sets and manages the correct flow, pressure, cavitation intensity and cycle time for that specific component automatically, then runs the process through to completion. Consistent, repeatable results follow with minimal training, which makes the XL MULTI Plus straightforward to hand to a second operator without a drop in quality. Built on the Proven METClean XL Cleaning Platform

Underneath the new control system sits the same heavy-duty hardware that made the METClean XL a workshop mainstay. Micro Cavitation technology creates microscopic bubbles in the aqueous solution that implode on contact with soot and ash, loosening compacted deposits that high-pressure washing alone can miss. A Chromoly 2.5 kW three phase pump with a dynamic Soft Start introduces pressure gradually to protect the filter core, while a seven stage filtration system keeps abrasive ash out of the pump for low maintenance running. The AISI 430 stainless steel construction and 200 litre tank carry over unchanged, so you gain the new multi-service software without losing any of the durability the XL is known for.
