💡 Mobile Eco Tuning Pro Tip:
When using PLA blanking plates on the 2.0 dCi units, ensure the mating surface is completely free of old gasket material. Do not exceed 5Nm of torque when clamping. Because the 2.0 filters often require longer cleaning cycles due to their size, periodically check the seal integrity during the first 5 minutes of the aqueous flush. Always allow the DPF to cool below 50°C before attachment to prevent thermal deformation of the PLA.
