What You Will Need
METBooker is a self-service platform and the whole setup process is straightforward. Technical assistance is provided for initial setup and is available on an ongoing basis. The items below are all you need to get started.
Payment Provider
Connect your preferred payment gateway to collect deposits or full payments. Supported providers include Stripe, Airwallex, SumUp, Dojo, Dodo, and Square. Additional providers can be integrated on request. You will need your API and webhook keys from your chosen provider.
Google or Microsoft Account (Required)
Admin and staff log into the METBooker console using Google Sign-In. If you are connecting Microsoft 365 calendar integration, you will also need a Microsoft Azure account to generate the app credentials used to link your Outlook or M365 calendar. No additional software or passwords beyond these accounts are required.
Calendar Integration (Optional)
Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft 365/Outlook to add confirmed bookings to your diary and check real-time availability. Prefer to keep things simple? METBooker's built-in calendar manages all availability and delivers ICS invites to any calendar app — no external integration needed at all.
Gmail / Microsoft 365 Address (Optional)
Send booking confirmation, reschedule, and cancellation emails directly from your own Gmail, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365 address for a fully branded sender experience.
